The inventor of the PIICE method

Hans-Peter Haupt

Hans-Peter Haupt (born in 1967 in Wesseling) is a graduate engineer in telecommunications, an entrepreneur, and an experienced executive.

He served as the full-time mayor of the city of Wesseling (CDU) for many years and has since been applying his extensive expertise in local politics, administration, and public management to the business sector.

As managing director of Lionidas GmbH in Kerpen, he advises companies and organizations in the areas of strategy, communication, leadership, and organizational development.

Hans-Peter Haupt is the inventor and developer of the PIICE Method®, a successful method for enhancing rhetorical skills and presentation confidence.
He is also a co-founder and lecturer at HEX University for Excellence (Switzerland), where he teaches in the fields of innovation, organizational development, and leadership.

In addition, he has been a long-standing adjunct professor at TH Köln.

His professional passion lies in building bridges between business, government, and universities, and in supporting people and organizations in confidently realizing their full potential.

Many of my participants came to me with a severe fear of public speaking—including engineers and mayors.
